Please understand that when we accept your booking the studio is no longer available to other clients and we cannot accept other bookings. We do understand that there can be unforeseen circumstances, therefore we endeavour to be flexible about rebooking.

Cancellation is submitted up to 7  calendar days
prior to the Booking start time.

100% Refund

Cancellation is submitted within 7 calendar days
and 24 hours prior to Booking start time

50% Refund

Cancellation is submitted less than 24 hours prior
to Booking start time
